job Description

1. Core/Must have skills     Proven experience in blockchain development

2. Strong understanding of Web3 protocols, decentralized systems, and cryptographic principles.

3. Experience developing and deploying smart contracts and working with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.

4. Ability to critically assess and challenge third-party technical solutions and architectures.

5. Familiarity with banking systems, financial regulations, and enterprise-grade security standards.

6. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.

7. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

9. Experience developing and deploying smart contracts and working with tools like Hardhat and Truffle.
