Position Overview:
For one of our partners, we are seeking a Hadoop Admin Developer who will be responsible for Admin and Development. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.
Mandatory Skills: Hadoop/Big data administrator
Desired Skills: Linux / Unix OS Services, Administration, Shell, awk scripting. Hortonworks distribution or Apache opensource Hadoop is preferred. Prior Experience of working in Python and Ansible is a plus
Years of exp needed: 5+
Roles and Responsibilities:
Resources will be primarily responsible for support Hadoop platforms. Monitor the Hadoop platforms and debug both platform and application issues.
PRE Big data platform manages DAP Hadoop platforms as L-2 24*7.Resources will be primarily responsible for support Hadoop platforms.
Hadoop/Big data administrator:Monitor the Hadoop platforms and debug both platform and application issues.Should be able to Automate manual tasks via ansible or PythonKnowledge on HBase is plus.Should have good Hadoop issue debugging skills.
