Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Global IT Integration Manager who will be responsible for Support & coordinate integration changes. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Job Details:

• Support & coordinate integration changes.
• Extensive knowledge of integration tools and platforms, preferable MuleSoft, ADP, Kronos or Workday
• Support and coordinate the development and maintenance of integrations specifications, mapping, and technical integration artifacts as well as supplier configurations.
• Work with other global and local IT and business teams to understand their integration requirements.
• Responsible for capturing any gaps both technically and in the business.
• Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical support and information internally and externally.
• Collaborates with and contributes to project set-up and delivery.
• Responsible to manage the review and sign off the functional and technical use case specifications in accordance to HE standards and project specified guidelines.
• Proactively supports issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a project or service.
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications or infrastructures
• 4+ years within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 4+ years of experience specifically within system integration domain area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
