Collaborates closely with business and IT teams, ensuring project requirements are met and client expectations exceeded. Follows industry standards and Agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions and maintain trustful partnerships with clients.
Position: Genesys Cloud Consultant
Designation: Technical Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Genesys Cloud environments.
• Monitor platforms and provide immediate support to resolve any issues.
• Implement new product versions and updates according to industry standards.
• Develop and integrate Genesys Cloud solutions, agent scripting, and data actions.
• Configure and manage Genesys Cloud objects using Python and Shell scripting.
• Lead technical projects, including design, development, and implementation of Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including business requirements and technical design specifications.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing expert advice and support.
• Build and maintain trustful partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
