We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager for our client, a web platform that uses AI to help freelancers find remote jobs more effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth.
- Identify key metrics (conversions, LTV, ROAS, etc), track and improve them daily.
- Set up analytics and make data-driven decisions.
- Set up and run A/B tests.
- Cooperate with marketing and product teams.
- Hire, train, and manage growth managers in the future.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a growth manager in B2C / consumer subscriptions / mobile apps.
- Deep expertise in analytics.
- Deep expertise in A/B testing.
- Structured thinking and ability to make data-driven business decisions.
- Result-oriented and hard-working with high ambitions.
- Ownership: you identify and solve problems without guidance.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Web funnels (web-to-app or web-to-web).
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, PowerBI.
- Understanding of performance marketing.
- HR/HRTech expertise.
