Product Analyst

For our client who is partnering with a leading programmatic media company, specialising in ingesting large volumes of data, modeling insights, and offering a range of products and services across Media, Analytics, and Technology. Well-known brands such as Walmart, Barclaycard, and Ford are among their clients.

The company has expanded to over 700 employees, with 15 global offices spanning four continents. With the imminent opening of a new office in Warsaw, we are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join their expanding team.

A successful candidate will possess the skills, experience, and desire to champion the quality process at every step of the product development lifecycle. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will get insights from data to help global product owners.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with data to analyze quality and get insights.
• Data visualization and interpretation to present to business.
• As part of the global product team, drive the development of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams, including product owners, data scientists, and engineers, to refine product backlogs.
• Serve as a Product owner for one of the cross-functional development teams.
• Lead in-depth analyses to uncover new opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
• Analyse complex data sets to identify key insights and translate them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offerings.
• Play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimising our product to directly impact the success and growth.

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Data Analyst, Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Strong experience with data analysis.
• Experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with Python.
• Keen interest or background in statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, techniques)
• Exposure to visualisation tools.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Extreme attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritise workload.
• Demonstrated a high degree of organisation and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to try new technologies and languages and ability to grasp and learn quickly.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any engineering discipline; an MBA is a big plus.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to the big data ecosystem (Spark, Hive, Pig, Hadoop)
