Test Manager (German)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced German Speaking Test Manager (Minimum B2 level) to oversee the testing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing methodologies and project management. 

This role is not primarily technical but rather focuses on organizational abilities and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Test and Validation Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring that test plans are followed, and testing objectives are met.

Quality Assurance: 

Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Application and Infrastructure Service releases.

Risk Management: 

Identify potential risks and issues related to testing activities and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

Collaboration: 

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on test priorities, timelines, and requirements

Reporting and Communication: 

Provide regular updates, reports, and metrics on testing activities to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and areas for improvement. 

Tools: Knowledge in ServiceNow and ALM by Opentext (Application Lifecycle Test Software) are beneficial.
