Overview of the Role:

As a Back End Java Developer for the AIP Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust information systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring continuity of service, implementing best practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive organizational growth and technological innovation.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Oversee and contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and qualify business needs.

• Conduct preliminary studies and assist in project launch activities.

• Develop software solutions adhering to development and security standards, integrating data and security objectives.

• Optimize existing codebases to improve maintainability and performance.

• Integrate software packages and define configuration settings.

• Implement and create test strategies, ensuring comprehensive testing and acceptance processes.

• Deploy products across different environments and upgrade documentation as needed.

• Support legacy systems by implementing technical improvements and maintaining know-how.

• Participate in internal and external developer networks to share best practices.

• Engage in continuous learning and training in emerging information technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend Java development.

• Expert proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, Git, Oracle, HTTP/REST, Maven, Eclipse, VSCode.

• Working knowledge of JS, Angular, Tomcat, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.

• Familiarity with Python, MongoDB, Elastic Search/SOLR, SOAP, ActiveMQ, Kafka, GitLabCI, IntelliJ IDEA.

• Exposure to API testing and IT program conception.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.

• Basic understanding of content management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint (user-level).

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
