Your new role
We are dedicated to developing a DataHub to store accounting information from various geographical locations. Our primary goal is to create efficient, user-friendly, and scalable solutions that can be utilized by different teams within our company. We believe that robust data products can mitigate risks and enhance our capabilities within the Group.
As a Technical Leader, your mission will be to lead and coordinate a group of 3/4 developers in a squad, and develop end-to-end ETL processes with Spark/Scala.
We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:
You will ensure that the team is working efficiently and meets the project objectives, following industry best practices and defined company standards/methodology.
You will help you to improve the architecture and technical implementation of the solution in place
Part of the team will be people with less seniority and you will need to accompany them in their development.
You will use Scrum methodology, and be part of a high performance team
Required qualifications
Strong technical skills proven experience at least 7 years in software development, at least 3 with Spark (Scala).
Strong communication, at least 2 years leading development teams.
Agile approach for software development.
Continuous Integration (Git, GitHub, Jenkins).
SQL
English (at least B2+).
