We are currently looking for candidates for the position:

System Analyst - SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)

Mode of operation: Remote. Possible to work on hybrid mode, office in Warsaw, Poland

Type of contract: contract (B2B by Hays Poland)

Working hours: European standard

Languages: Polish, English – both fluent

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business and system requirements, creating functional and technical documentation, supporting development teams, and actively participating in solution implementation.

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

·       Create and manage User Stories and project documentation

·       Cooperate with development teams during solution implementation

·       Model business processes using UML

·       Participate in acceptance testing and support end users

·       Work closely with project teams in a SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris environment

·       Support continuous improvement of systems and processes

Requirements:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst

·       Proven experience as a Business Analyst

·       Strong knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris – mandatory

·       Experience in creating User Stories and functional documentation

·       Proficiency in UML and process modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)

·       Familiarity with Visio – nice to have

·       Excellent command of English (C1 level) – daily communication in an international environment
