Your new role
Are you passionate about building smart, secure, and scalable software that makes a real impact? As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering custom-built solutions that power our business. You’ll lead the technical side of projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure our applications are not just functional—but future-ready.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting high-quality applications using .NET and SQL Server—from design to deployment.
- Translating business needs into technical magic, working closely with stakeholders.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support, diving into incidents, and performing root cause analysis.
- Taking part in deployments—planning, executing, documenting, and troubleshooting.
- Writing and maintaining clear, useful documentation (architecture, design, operations).
- Continuously improving existing solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborating with developers, architects, and analysts in a SCRUM team environment.
- Helping shape our development standards, tools, and best practices.
- Reviewing code and mentoring junior team members.
- Ensuring everything we build meets security, quality, and compliance standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong command of .NET frameworks, DevOps, and modern development tools.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building desktop applications using WinForms or WPF.
- Proficiency in SQL, Entity Framework, and database design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, or similar cloud platforms.
- Sharp analytical skills and a knack for solving tricky technical problems.
- Bonus points for knowledge of ITIL4, especially around incident and change management.
- A team player who can also work independently and communicate clearly with both tech and business folks.
