Senior Java Developer

We are supporting one of our clients who is currently expanding their engineering team in Poland, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join them in the role of Senior Java Developer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization and work on impactful, high‑quality solutions within an international environment.

Responsibilities:

·       Build reliable and flexible applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, tailored to the needs of various clients.

·       Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure high performance and scalability.

·       Deliver backend solutions with a strong focus on security, performance, and long‑term maintainability.

·       Use Bash/Shell scripting to automate tasks and support broader system integration activities.

·       Take part in deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes.

·       Work with Helm to manage packages and configure deployment environments.

·       Engage actively in scrum ceremonies and contribute to agile development processes.

·       Cooperate closely with other engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

·       Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to fellow developers.

Requirements:

·       Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

·       8+ years of professional backend development experience with: Java 17+,  Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security

·       Experience with cloud native application development, CI/CD process and tools, Kubernetes, Helm

·       Experience with SQL databases

·       Microservices architecture principles- nice to have

·       Fluent English

·       Experience working in Agile teams
