Currently, for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

Project Manager

Mode: mostly remote; readiness to visit the office in Tarnowo (next to Poznań)

Contract type: B2B contract through Hays Poland

Working hours: standard

Languages: Polish, English

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery & Governance

·       Own and manage the local deployment plan for SAP/ERP rollout.

·       Represent the Polish market in governance forums and decision-making groups.

·       Lead local project governance and chair stakeholder meetings.

·       Drive end-to-end delivery of testing, cutover, transition, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Business Transformation

·       Implement process changes aligned with SAP/ERP deployment.

·       Coordinate with business leaders to ensure operational continuity and readiness.

·       Manage ramp-up/down activities and legacy system transitions.

·       Oversee setup of local helpdesk and support structures as needed.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

·       Lead and support local Change Champions, IT Leads, and Super Users.

·       Align with HR/P&C on resource planning and change impact assessments.

·       Act as the main point of contact for local data migration and validation activities.

Testing & Data

·       Coordinate UAT, SIT, and performance testing with local teams and the Test Manager.

·       Ensure readiness of test data and interfaces from legacy systems.

·       Support data cleansing, migration, and defect resolution efforts.

IT & Transition

·       Manage legacy system decommissioning in collaboration with local IT.

·       Coordinate workshops, training, and transition activities with Unify towers.

·       Ensure smooth transition of business processes into global functions.

What we expect:

       ·         Proven track record in SAP/ERP-enabled change programmes.

       ·         Strong experience in factory operations, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG sectors.

       ·         Hands-on leadership across testing, data, and transition workstreams.

       ·         Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across market and site levels.
