For our Client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Power BI Developer

Location: hybrid work in Łódź, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Gdynia

Branch: project in the banking sector

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: long-term cooperation

Rate: 100-123 PLN/h

Start date: ASAP, max notice period ~1 month

Working hours: standard flexible working hours (8-16 / 9-17)

Remote work: hybrid – 2-3 days a week working from the office

Methodology: Agile

Key technologies:

ETL, SQL, Data Mining, PowerBI

Responsibilities:

• Working with data owners to design interactive dashboards for decision-makers.
• Locating, reviewing, and validating data for dashboards and reports.
• Designing ETL processes and specifying ETL implementation request for data owners.
• Utilizing data analytics tools and visualization platforms.
• Overseeing BI dashboard and ETL implementation from start to finish.
• Producing insightful presentations to assist decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
• Meeting with internal stakeholders to generate insight into decision-making.
• Educating stakeholders on the role of business intelligence.
• Identifying trends and areas for BI analysis.

Requirements:

• A degree in data analytics, computer science, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position.
• Proficiency in data mining, business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), data processing frameworks, and report writing.
• A working understanding up to professional proficiency of automation and database management.
• Able to leverage different ETL technologies, such as SQL, APIs, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for data.
• Problem-solving mindset and bigger-picture view of information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
