We are currently looking for candidates for the position:

E-Commerce Commercial QA

Mode of operation: Remote

Type of contract: contract (B2B by Hays Poland)

Working hours: European standard

Languages: Polish, English – both fluent

The Commercial QA function is responsible mainly for online stores setup checking in order to secure quality of UX as well as commercial alignment with HQ guidelines. This role is highly focused on how customers are experiencing our products and offers.

Responsibilities:

·       Reviewing marketing campaigns to ensure compliance with established guidelines

·       Analyzing and assessing site UX, including proposing enhancements

·       Validating product and promotion setups against business expectations

·       Creating quality control documentation based on predefined checklists

·       Assisting with customer incident resolution

·       Communicating QA findings to Hybris merchandisers

·       Coordinating commercial activity calendars and reporting status updates

Requirements:

·       At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce quality assurance, covering areas such as products, pricing, and promotions

·       Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles

·       Ability to work within structured procedures and workflows

·       Experience with Jira

·       Experience with SAP Hybris would be an asset but it’s not required

·       Proven track record of delivering results and implementing improvements within operational teams

·       Detail-oriented, methodical, and consistent in approach

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
