Rate: 120-130 PLN/h (net+vat) on B2B (negotiable)
Start date: ASAP/1month

What will you do:
Designing and maintaining the architecture of enterprise-level CMS platforms to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for CMS solutions.
Delegating development tasks to programming teams and coordinating implementation efforts.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define content workflows, user roles, and publishing processes.
Conducting system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Leading integration projects (e.g., Splunk, cloud services) to enhance system monitoring and reporting capabilities.
Developing and maintaining documentation related to CMS architecture, data models, and control frameworks.
Supporting platform owners in designing and implementing control mechanisms to address audit findings.
Creating risk assessment methodologies and reporting tools tailored to CMS environments.
Providing technical guidance and oversight during system upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.

What we expect from you:
System Architecture Design – Ability to design scalable and secure CMS architectures tailored to business needs.
Requirements Analysis – Translating business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
Task Delegation & Team Coordination – Managing development tasks and collaborating effectively with programming teams.
CMS Platform Expertise – Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, or Drupal.
Integration Skills – Knowledge of integrating CMS with third-party tools (e.g., analytics, monitoring, authentication systems).
Risk & Compliance Awareness – Understanding of IT risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, OCC).
Documentation & Reporting – Creating clear technical documentation, risk reports, and architectural diagrams.
Problem Solving – Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and propose effective solutions.
Stakeholder Communication – Strong communication skills for working with business owners, developers, and auditors.
Agile & Project Management – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project coordination tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
