Rate: 120-130 PLN/h (net+vat) on B2B (negotiable)

What will you do:

• Designing and maintaining the architecture of enterprise-level CMS platforms to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for CMS solutions.

• Delegating development tasks to programming teams and coordinating implementation efforts.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define content workflows, user roles, and publishing processes.

• Conducting system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

• Leading integration projects (e.g., Splunk, cloud services) to enhance system monitoring and reporting capabilities.

• Developing and maintaining documentation related to CMS architecture, data models, and control frameworks.

• Supporting platform owners in designing and implementing control mechanisms to address audit findings.

• Creating risk assessment methodologies and reporting tools tailored to CMS environments.

• Providing technical guidance and oversight during system upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.

What we expect from you:

• System Architecture Design – Ability to design scalable and secure CMS architectures tailored to business needs.

• Requirements Analysis – Translating business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.

• Task Delegation & Team Coordination – Managing development tasks and collaborating effectively with programming teams.

• CMS Platform Expertise – Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, or Drupal.

• Integration Skills – Knowledge of integrating CMS with third-party tools (e.g., analytics, monitoring, authentication systems).

• Risk & Compliance Awareness – Understanding of IT risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, OCC).

• Documentation & Reporting – Creating clear technical documentation, risk reports, and architectural diagrams.

• Problem Solving – Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and propose effective solutions.

• Stakeholder Communication – Strong communication skills for working with business owners, developers, and auditors.

• Agile & Project Management – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project coordination tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
