🚀 Exciting opportunity for LLM/ ML  researchers / AI enthusiasts - interested in experiencing work and life in Shenzhen—China’s Silicon Valley ( 2 years in Shenzhen, then 100% remote from EU).

Alongside our Polish AI team and other global AI groups, we're building a brand-new international LLM team (50+ researchers) at HQ to tackle real-world challenges in multimodal reasoning across text, vision, and audio.

Join us to work with and learn from best AI experts on challenging AI problems with practical applications. Successful candidates will gain experience in the field of AI models optimization and deployment.

Preference will be given to candidates open to temporary assignments at our global headquarters in Shenzhen, China, to foster close collaboration with business units and established AI teams on-site.

Must have:

• MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related technical field (or equivalent R&D experience)

• Foundation in deep learning and familiarity with large model architectures such as Transformers, CLIP, SAM

• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch)

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Proficient in English communication, good team spirit and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Nice to have:

• Willingness to work temporarily at HQ in Shenzhen, China’s Silicon Valley

• PhD in a relevant technical field

• Publication track record in major conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, ACL)

• Achievements in AI, math, or algorithmic contests
