Your New Role
As the SQL Developer you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality data solutions that support decision-making across the organization. The role is responsible for designing and maintaining robust and scalable data models and pipelines, transforming business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and governed. The position supports the company's data-driven strategy by enabling efficient reporting and analytics capabilities across departments.

Implementation of data models for BI platforms
Training of employees
Project participation
Participation in optimization of processes and data sharing/usage across business systems and departments
Creating value for the business via BI solutions
Focus on digital business optimization and creating enterprise solutions.
Help the business in becoming more data driven
Be a capacity for the business a partner.
Link between IT and business.
2nd level support in BI related issues.
What You Bring
Expert in SSAS and MS SQL Server
Strong Knowledge of database structures
Strong business process knowledge
Strong experience in data modeling and relational databases using MS SQL on-prem, SSIS, SSAS and Tabular Editor.
Proficient in development tools and scripting using coding languages T-SQL and DAX
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (Kimball or Inmon methodology)
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (MS Azure and MS Fabric) is a strong advantage
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and how to support their data needs is a strong advantage
Ability to understand and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and compliance frameworks relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
