We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a dynamic global Data Analytics team and collaborate with key stakeholders across CRM, Retail, Brand, e-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The role is based in Poznań, Poland, with a functional reporting line to the company’s global headquarters. In this position, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive measurable business impact.

You will also play an important role in fostering a data-driven culture and contribute to a strategic initiative focused on modernizing the organization’s data platform to ensure scalability and future readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power BI solutions, including datasets, star-schema models, DAX measures, and dashboards

  • Deliver high-quality ad-hoc analyses and translate business needs into clear insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, align on KPIs and definitions, and present findings to senior leadership

  • Improve data quality, enhance transformation layers, and ensure consistency across reporting

  • Automate recurring analyses and optimize processes for efficiency

  • Perform advanced analytics such as segmentation, cohort analysis, and marketing effectiveness

  • Enable self-service analytics by empowering business teams to leverage data independently

  • Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization

  • Contribute to a global data transformation initiative and the evolution of the analytics ecosystem

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced SQL (BigQuery is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of DAX and data modeling

  • Python for advanced analytics (preferred)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure), Databricks, and Git

  • Familiarity with QlikView is a plus

Analytical Expertise:

  • Power BI development and dashboard design

  • Data modeling (star schema, semantic layer optimization)

  • Advanced analytics (segmentation, cohort analysis, marketing analytics)

  • Process automation and optimization

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent data storytelling and communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder management in a global environment

  • Ability to prioritize and align business needs and KPIs

  • Passion for promoting data-driven decision-making

  • Experience supporting organizational change and adoption of new tools

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
