IT Data Analyst

Position: IT Data Analyst 

Location: Warsaw, Marynarska 15 

Contract type: Employment contract 

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days office 2 days home)

Role Overview: 

As an IT Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing operational and technical  data to support strategic business decisions. This is not a generic reporting role — we  are looking for someone with hands-on IT experience who understands data flows,  system architecture, and can work closely with both technical and business teams. 

You will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced dashboards, identifying  data-driven insights, and contributing to process improvements through automation and  problem-solving. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI

• Analyze data from various IT systems to identify trends, anomalies, and risks

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand analytical needs

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries 

• Automate data-related tasks using PowerShell or Python 

• Document analytical processes and solutions in Confluence 

• Support data quality, standardization, and reporting automation initiatives

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role within an IT  environment 

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex queries 

• Strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)

• English C1  

• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting 

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence 

• Solid understanding of IT systems and data flow concepts 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken) 

• Team-oriented, proactive, and well-organized 

 Please note: This is a technical role. If you do not have hands-on experience working  with IT systems, data pipelines, or automation tools, this position may not be the right  fit.
