SAP Solution Analyst O2C

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.

• Assesses existing systems, technologies, and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Conducts feasibility studies and recommends appropriate solutions to address business challenges. Informs the requestor of the cost and time estimate.

• Develops comprehensive solution designs, considering both technical and business aspects. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices.

• Coordinates with development teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new solutions with existing systems. Participates in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Creates detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, requirements specifications, user guides, and training materials.

• Engages with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.

• Participates in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.

• Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and optimize business outcomes.

• Supports the Product lifecycle management (Concepts through ongoing Run & Maintain) working together with the Solution Architect, the markets, and several internal and external technology teams in matrixed setup.

Desired Skills & Experience 

• Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development

• Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or in a similar role within the IT domain

• Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions - SAP O2C, SAP SD, SAP AR

• Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management

• Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks

• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions

• Ability to work independently and deliver multiple projects and support activities with minimal supervision

• Ability to work with developers in and in-and-out outsourced environment

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Fluent in English
