ServiceNow Architect, remote or Warsaw hybrid

Contract B2B via Harvey Nash
Duration: long-term (1st contract: 6 months)
Rate: 160-190 PLN/h (optimum range)
End-client: international life science company

Tasks:

• Define and document the architectural roadmap for the ServiceNow platform

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and assure integration with other applications

• Lead the technical design and advise stakeholders

• Collaborate with development teams

• Review and provide feedback on technical designs and implementations

• Lead performance optimization

• Establish and enforce governance policies

• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations

• Liaising with stakeholders

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation

• Provide training and knowledge transfer

 Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow (including architectural design and implementations)

• Experience in role of ServiceNow architect

• Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules

• Fluent in English

• Allowed to work on B2B in Poland

• Nice to have: previous experience in ServiceNow development
