Our Client - a high-growth robotics company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to tackle the complex challenges of physical manipulation through cutting-edge software solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on building control systems, designing robust architecture, and applying intelligent heuristics to real-world industrial robotics problems. The team brings together deep expertise in software engineering, AI, and mechanical systems, with talent from top technology and automation firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build modular, scalable control systems for robotic manipulation

• Develop heuristics and rule-based approaches using real-world data

• Detect anomalies in robotic operations by interpreting multi-sensor signals

• Implement optimization algorithms for real-world product handling and placement

• Build and maintain integration interfaces (APIs) with warehouse management systems

• Test code in simulations, unit environments, and on physical robots

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across hardware, software, and research

• Drive architecture and technical design decisions within a high-performance team

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, multi-level systems

• Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-oriented mindset

• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring

• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international team

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
