Senior Software Engineer

For one of our top clients, we are currently looking for a Senior Java Developer

This position is hybrid, with an office located in Warsaw.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Data Science Platform & Reporting team — the central hub powering analytics and data science across our organization.In this role, you’ll design, build, and operate scalable platform services in Azure, help migrate workloads from on-premises to the cloud, and create tools and systems that enable our data scientists and analysts to work at their best.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and run scalable software services and APIs for our central data platform.

• Own the full DevOps lifecycle — CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring.

• Shape the architecture and future of our data platform.

• Build production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines integrating diverse data sources.

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in software engineering with a track record of building scalable services.

• Deep knowledge of design patterns and engineering best practices.

• Strong expertise in Java, SQL, plus comfort with Bash scripting and Linux systems.

• Hands-on data pipeline development and architectural skills.

• Solid DevOps skills: CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.

• Collaborative, product-oriented mindset, excellent English communication, and a passion for automation and mentoring.
