Position: Senior QA Engineer (Java or Kotlin)

About the project:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading our quality assurance initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, developing test strategies, and ensuring the overall quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to drive best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software quality assurance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create effective test strategies and resolve quality issues.
• Promote best practices in testing, testability, and test suite maintainability.
• Continuously improve the QA process.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote a culture of quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Software Engineer in Test or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.
• Experience with performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
