This position is hybrid, with an office located in Warsaw.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated to join our Securities Settlements Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining software solutions that support the efficient settlement of global securities transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions for the settlement of global securities transactions.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to complex business problems.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to enhance automation and efficiency.

• Support ongoing improvements to architecture, scalability, and system resilience.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with the Spring Boot framework.

• Experience with GitLab or similar SDLC and CI/CD tools.

• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Knowledge of securities settlements or post-trade processing is a strong plus.
