Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Warsaw 3 days per week from the office

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions for global securities settlement.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions for complex problems.

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Expertise in Java (3 years+), Spring Boot for backend development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab CI/CD.

• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

• Knowledge of securities settlements and post-trade processing is a plus.
