Lead Software Engineer

Location: 100% Remote / on site in Warsaw - up to you!

Employment type: Contract of Employment (umowa o pracę na czas nieokreślony)

Salary: 30000-36000zł / month

What you’ll do

You will become part of a development team where you will design & build scalable systems to ensure data privacy and optimal storage across the Client's platforms. You'll collaborate closely with other teams to design the aforementioned services. You will play a critical role in enabling the company to thrive & maintain their commitment to user privacy

What you’ll need

Basic Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong emphasis on privacy, security, or storage systems (AWS).
• Solid understanding of data protection laws, regulations, and best practices, with expertise in GDPR compliance being a valuable asset.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure,
• Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Skilled in driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing technical decisions across teams.
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
