Lead Frontend Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to join our global Client in building advanced solutions (product company). 

This is a hybrid model of work (3 days per week from the office in Warsaw). Client is offering a relocation package. 

Our requirements

• 7 years of commercial experience with web applications (TypeScript, React).
• 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Expertise in performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of ad tech concepts, ad exchanges, and programmatic advertising.

Optional

• Familiarity with Back-End technologies such as Java and Spring.
• Experience with other frameworks like Angular and Vue.
• End-to-end testing using Cypress.
• Practical experience in graphic design and/or User Experience design.

Key responsibilities:

• Spearheading the development of sophisticated front-end applications and components that are responsive, user-friendly, and visually captivating.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of new feature development, including preparing technical requirements.
• Upholding best coding practices and maintaining rigorous standards for code quality and reviews within the front-end team.
• Implementing robust testing procedures and continuous integration to ensure the reliability of front-end applications.
• Mentoring junior developers and proposing innovative solutions to enhance team performance.
