Implementation Specialist (AI app support)

For our client, international AI and enterprise software provider (SaaS), we are looking for:

AI Implementation Specialist (AI app support)

Remote

Temporary employment contract (12 months)

Tasks:

• Set up and configure enterprise integrations with customer systems

• Respond to customer technical questions quickly and clearly via email, Slack and calls

• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues independently

• Follow up with customers to ensure integrations deploy successfully

• Work with our engineering team to escalate bugs and complex issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in application implementation, application integration, AI tools support, app support or similar role

• Experience with AI tools/apps (preferably in implementation and/or tech support of AI solutions)

• Application troubleshooting skills

• Fluent in English

• Permitted to work in Poland

• Nice to have: B2B customers support, knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.), platform integrations (SSO, SCIM, API), leadership experience, experience with LMS
