Full Stack Engineer (Java)

Location: Warsaw, on site / hybrid 3 days/week

Employment type: B2B, 10 months initial contract

Salary: 160-175zł / hour

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ experiences by building technology-driven platforms. From pricing automation to trading workflows, infrastructure scalability, data analytics, and beyond, your contributions will directly influence the future of our business. What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Expertise in object-oriented or functional analysis and design.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Expert Knowledge In:

• Programming in a compiled language such as Java (preferred) or C#, or an interpreted language like Python, with experience in concurrency and memory management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge or interest in trading technologies or front-office trading systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or ElasticSearch.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and tools such as Apache Kafka.
