C# and Python Software Engineer

Position: Senior Software Engineer (C#/SQL/Python)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance analytics for P&L and risk management. In this role, you will design, build, and integrate scalable workflows and applications, ensuring efficient and robust financial systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and support business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate P&L and risk analytics for financial products into downstream systems.
• Engineer scalable workflows and integrate third-party components across vendor systems, cloud technology, and data platforms.
• Provide technical support and maintain high service levels for all downstream consumers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and optimize trading workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C#, SQL, and Python.
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management, and analytics systems.
