Atlassian Engineer

We are looking for an Atlassian Engineer to support our top client from the Fintech industry. This position is hybrid, with an office located in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage large-scale Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Crowd) for on-premise Data Centre instances.
• Maintain and optimize Jira and Confluence environments for 5,000+ users.
• Oversee system administration, including database management, virtual machines, and server maintenance.
• Handle migrations and upgrades of Jira and Confluence instances.
• Ensure system performance, security, and availability by leveraging Linux expertise.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Skills & Experience:

• 4-6 years of advanced Linux administration experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Data Centre (on-premises).
• Strong background in managing Atlassian tools for large-scale environments (5K+ users).
• Experience working with Atlassian products on servers (DBs, VMs, etc.).
• High level of proficiency in English.
