The role involves planning and managing Sales Enablement technology improvements for various HARMAN divisions. The candidate will oversee projects from requirement gathering to implementation using agile methods. They will have skills in project management, business analysis, and application design. They should have experience in designing business processes for B2B marketing and sales environments. They will collaborate with and across various teams, conveying business needs and aligning priorities across global and regional business teams. The candidate will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle – strategy, requirement definition, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
What You Will Do
- Partner with business teams to understand needs and business strategies,
- Consult with teams regarding capabilities of the Salesforce sales ecosystem,
- Guide business partners on the best ways to deliver to their requests,
- Document and elaborate requirements,
- Participate in the prioritization of sales and marketing priorities across multiple divisions,
- Write, elaborate, and define agile Stories,
- Hands-on delivery management of large and technically complex initiatives,
- Manage documentation in Confluence to educate business users on the use of new functionality,
- Evaluate and compare various technology options, and make recommendations to the team, stakeholders, and senior management,
- Leverage both internal and external engineering teams to find the best methods to deliver improvements,
- Work with QA engineers to create and ensure the execution of test plans during QA and UAT phases,
- Anticipate and mitigate risks to project delivery and feature adoption.
What you need:
- Solid analytical, problem resolution, and client relationship skills,
- Experience working with globally distributed teams,
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred,
- Minimum 5 years of project management and/or business analysis experience in a complex IT systems environment,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in utilizing an Agile/Scrum methodologies to iteratively improve online software,
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Salesforce.com / Salesforce Sales Cloud,
- Ability to troubleshoot within various applications,
- Ability to plan integrations between various IT systems,
- Understanding of various software team management techniques,
- Experience in working closely with various agile development teams,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent time management & organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
