Job Description:

As our IT team, you will architect and execute our platform strategy. You'll work on everything from developing new features, adding enhancements, troubleshooting bugs, and directly supporting our clients with technical issues.

In addition to being deep in the code, we're looking for someone ready and eager to continue building and refining a well-loved product. You'll be responsible for:

Maintaining and evolving front-end and back-end.

Ensuring technical compliance with Agreements/Service Level Agreements (SLAs): triaging client tickets ASAP, building open, proactive, and transparent communication lines

Establishing conventions for code quality, review, and development.

Project Managing and execution of all Engineering Projects: creating project plans and timelines, delivering internal and external status updates, and managing Engineering ticket updates.
