This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:
- Work with Product Owners, Key Business Users to establish feasibility of requirements for HR applications.
- Help the Global HR Department and broader Tech function meet the need for clear, accurate and timely data and business information.
- Analyzing tickets for IT support (1-st line support HR applications)
- Design, develop and use models and methodologies to extract needed data.
- Identify data related issues, providing data quality analysis where applicable.
- Perform analysis to determine the meaning of data.
- Prepare and publish reports based on data analysis and present to stakeholders.
- Prepare trend analysis providing explanation of variances.
- Collect, correlate, and analyze information for the assigned portfolio and organization.
- Support business information systems, create dashboards using D&A analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

- Experience working with Agile principles
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Handling Incidents and Problems
- Very good spoken and written English (min. B2) to perform Knowledge Transfer and talk directly to UK-based customers
- Basic SQL knowledge required to perform programmatic queries over the DB
- Writing technical knowledge article
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience with Azure Cloud (for hosting and configuration) and Azure DevOps (for repositories and designing build pipelines)
- Excel VBA
- Power BI, QLIKVIEW
- Knowledge of HR applications (f. ex Workday)
