We are looking for experienced, energetic, experts for the role of QA Lead Engineer in our CRM Salesforce.com Product Team.
Person in this role will be responsible for supporting development of features and delivery of Consumer Relations Management System designed for Consumer Healthcare business which manages Consumer inquiries about Products which runs on Salesforce.com Service Cloud.
The QA Lead Engineer will work with other Salesforce CRM product consultants, customers and engineering teams to create unique customer solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform mostly focused on Service Cloud integrated with various channels of consumer interactions.
This role is part of a Product Team which one of the main goals is to implement modern Agile & DevOps organization which delivers value to core business organization and Consumers.
CRM Product Team is a team of technology experts to deliver and support application for consumer service processes in 100+ countries for more than 700 users.

The responsibilities of the role include some of the following:

  • Accountable for ensuring the quality is built into development of all solutions at all stages within the development lifecycle
  • Define and develop projects’ test strategies and plans and associated deliverables
  • Works as a member of development team on delivering high quality software
  • Leads testing efforts and takes responsibility for people and processes ensuring expected test coverage and test quality
  • Designs and implements automated tests for both GUI and back-end, basing on excellent understanding of business requirements and system workflow
  • Drives adoption of new testing approaches
  • Collects and analyses test results and quality metrics to identify potential gaps and recommends corrective action
  • Prepare test plan for releases and actively support the agile team
  • Perform Test Analysis based on business requirements specifications/use cases
  • Ensure proper coverage and the traceability of the requirements in scope.
  • Create test data, test scenarios / test cases, test script and execute them using the most efficient testing techniques
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

Why you?


Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
 
  • Minimum 5 years in QA role
  • At least 1 year of experience in QA Leading role
  • At least 1 year of software testing and test automation
  • Strong hands on experience end to end test and defect management using tools such as: HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum working environment
  • Knowledge and good understanding of at least one object orient programming language e.g. Java
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Defect Management and Release Management)

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
 
  • 2 year of software testing and test automation
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as: Selenium, Cucumber, Provar
  • Experience with designing test automation architecture (Java + other language)
  • Experience with database concepts and query languages (SQL)
  • Knowledge of UML / BPMN business process modeling standards - basic level
