A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a team accountable for the design and improvement of Consumer Experience journey through Contact Centres (Customer Care) and direct engagement with consumers.
By joining this team, you will become part of a global organization, and work alongside Product Owners, Product Experts and the Stakeholders/Consumer on exciting projects to improve the end user experience.
This Product Consultant role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Business and functional analysis
- Cooperation with global business Stakeholders
- Propose design of optimal solutions
- End-to-end change requests/new functionalities coordination, which includes facilitation and requirements gathering
- UAT (user acceptance tests) coordination
- Documentation and trainings preparation
- Providing consultation in terms of Salesforce.com capabilities
- Developing required level of technical knowledge of the system supported

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for a Product Consultant with these required skills to achieve our goal:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst with Strong Analytical skills
- Experience with software development
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Project Management experience
- Experience with software platforms such as CRM, ERP, HR
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following skills and experience, it would be a plus:
- Understanding of methods for modeling scope, processes, rules, data and interfaces effectively
- Understanding of Salesforce.com Technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
