Technical Sourcer

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to help us identify and engage top-tier engineering talent. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, ensuring we attract the best candidates for our growing teams. Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage with top engineering candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates, effectively pitching opportunities at Grid Dynamics.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize sourcing strategies, market research, and data-driven insights to optimize outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, sourcing best practices, and innovative talent acquisition strategies.

Min requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, etc.).
• Excellent communication and outreach skills to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high-quality pipelines.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organized approach to sourcing.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English/Polish is a must have requirement for us.
