Senior Python Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Engineer to join our team and contribute to a financial compliance project focused on credit risk assessment and monitoring.

You will be working on a Credit Risk System (CRS) responsible for calculating and monitoring risk exposure with trading counterparties. The system includes various functionalities such as user interactions and reporting, data ingestion, trade and account gathering, and exposure calculation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and financial applications
• Optimize and enhance data processing workflows
• Ensure high software quality through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization
• Work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)

Tech Stack & Required Skills

• Python
• ETL processes
• Data engineering and analysis
• Oracle (table creation, stored procedures)
• MS SQL (query optimization and development)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the financial industry or compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS)
