Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support a strategic AWS & Kubernetes migration. This refactoring-based project aims to enhance security, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Essential functions

• Define business needs and align technical solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for seamless adoption
• Work closely with architects, TPMs, system analysts, and - DevOps teams
• Support user training and change management strategies

Qualifications

• Cloud Solutions – AWS, Kubernetes, DevSecOps principles
• Business & Technical Alignment – Bridge security needs with scalable cloud infrastructure
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Effective teamwork across technical and business teams

Would be a plus

• Experience with secrets management & security tooling
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure & Application lifecycle
• Background in user training & adoption strategies
• Knowledge of financial domain is a plus
