Senior Fullstack .Net Engineer

For one of our clients (financial and consulting company), we are looking for an experienced specialist - Senior Fullstack Engineer (.Net). 

Working hours: 09-17 CET (the possibility of later calls appearing from time to time). 

Job type: fully remote. 

The project is from the tax industry. The client is international - from the US. 

Employment through a B2B contract. 

Fluency in Polish is a mandatory requirement!

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years of commercial experience as .Net Developer.
• Expert knowledge of .NET (C#) and modern frontend frameworks like React/Angular.
• Experience designing scalable and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and SOLID architecture.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex features in .NET, React/Angular.
• Drive technical discussions and make architecture decisions.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Actively mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform advanced debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Lead code reviews and enforce development standards.
