QA Engineer

QA Engineer – to join our international Tax Automation project. This is a fully remote position with an immediate start – perfect for someone with strong experience in automated testing and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Fluency in Polish is a mandatory requirement

Project: Tax and Finance Application for a US Client

Responsibilities:

Test Design & Execution:

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing across web applications, APIs, and databases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and resolve bugs efficiently.

Automation Development:

• Develop automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.

Defect Management:

• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ensure clear documentation of issues, including reproduction steps and impact analysis.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and align on testing strategies.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience as a QA Engineer

Experience in building and maintaining automated test frameworks.

Proficient in testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Postman.

Solid knowledge of REST APIs and their testing methodologies.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
