About the Project:

We are building a modern Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform designed to automate and optimize industrial processes. It 

connects directly with factory machinery, extracts telemetry data, and transforms it into valuable business insights.

The platform is distributed in a “closed open-source” model –Our team delivers custom features for clients, which can later be reintegrated into the main product, benefiting the entire ecosystem.

Currently, the application is built in .NET and is being migrated to AWS using Terraform. 

We're looking for a mid-level .NET developer with AWS experience to join our growing remote team (6 people and expanding!).

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET 8
• Support the migration of our existing app to AWS, using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Build scalable, cloud-native solutions
• Integrate with industrial systems and various IoT protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus)
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy to Kubernetes or Databricks
• Participate in design discussions and technical planning
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with .NET (C#)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, ECS, RDS, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Terraform
• Experience working in cloud-native environments
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Azure (IoT Hub, Event Hub, AKS, DevOps)
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Exposure to IoT protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, S7)
• Experience with SAP integrations (MII, S4Hana)
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks or Power BI
