Lead .Net Engineer

For one of our clients (financial and consulting company), we are looking for an experienced specialist - Lead .Net Engineer.

Working hours: 09-17 CET (the possibility of later calls appearing from time to time). 

Job type: fully remote. 

The project is from the tax industry. The client is international - from the US. 

Employment through a B2B contract.

Fluency in Polish is a mandatory requirement!

Requirements:

• Min. 10 years of commercial experience as .Net Developer / Team Leader. 
• Proven track record in designing enterprise-level solutions.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, microservices design, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical strategy and architecture for projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Lead high-level design discussions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Manage complex integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure the adoption of best coding practices and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of technical decision-making and guide key strategic initiatives.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
