Lead AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Tech Lead/ Lead AI Engineer to drive the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML, DevOps, and cloud technologies. As a technical leader, you will set best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems.

 Location: Remote (Poland)

Language Requirements: English (C1), Native/Fluent Polish

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and engineers to define technical priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI and ML advancements, tools, and methodologies.
• Establish and enforce best coding practices, architecture standards, and development methodologies.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy and security regulations.
• Optimize and monitor AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native solutions for AI deployments.
• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring technical excellence across projects.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

Fluency in Polish is a mandatory requirement!

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, and software development.
• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle – from design to deployment.
• Strong expertise in AI model deployment and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Solid experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps services.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Proficiency in Python or .NET.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
