Junior Business Analyst

For one of our clients (consulting & finance company), we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst.

Work mode: 100% remote.

Form of cooperation: B2B contract.

Rate: 100-120 PLN/h + VAT. 

International client - from Qatar. The project concerns tax automation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and create process maps and activity diagrams.
• Prepare comprehensive business documentation (e.g. Business Requirements Document - BRD).
• Identify business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
• Collaborate proactively with the client to optimise processes and uncover business needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear, transparent communication.
• Support the project team in verifying that solutions align with business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential business risks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a large organisation or for a key client.
• Hands-on experience in modelling business processes and preparing BRD documentation.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written) – at least C1 level.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to proactively engage clients and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in process modelling tools and the MS Office suite.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the area of tax or accounting.
