Job Opportunity: GenAI Data Scientist

Location: Remote (Poland)

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Data Scientist to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a remote role for professionals based in Poland who are passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and eager to make an impact in real-world GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced machine learning models and GenAI algorithms.
• Oversee data preparation pipelines, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to integrate models into ML pipelines and production environments.
• Assess model performance using advanced testing methodologies to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Deploy scalable and production-ready ML solutions using Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
• Develop high-quality software components using Python, R, or Scala.
• Design innovative solutions such as chatbots, leveraging the latest GenAI frameworks and LLMs.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through impactful visualizations and presentations.
• Promote adoption of new GenAI tools and best practices within the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in data science, with significant hands-on GenAI project experience.
• Advanced programming in Python, R, or Scala; proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong background in data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and feature engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and data visualization tools.
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring data science teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in both English and Polish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java, C++, or C#.
• Proven deployment of ML applications in production.
• Familiarity with corporate data privacy and compliance standards.
• Certifications in GenAI or advanced data science.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI (Azure is a must-have).
• Exposure to AWS Textract, AWS Open Search, and AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks like Autogen, Langchain, Semantic Kernel.
• Chatbot development experience using LLM-backed solutions.
