We are looking for a Business Technology Consultant – a professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to transform them into technological solutions using low-code and no-code platforms. This role requires someone who can create a simple Proof of Concept (PoC) and guide the implementation without being a full-fledged developer. We seek a proactive problem-solver with excellent English communication skills and a strategic mindset to support business transformation through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and translate them into technology-based solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
• Design and configure low-code and no-code solutions to automate and optimize business operations.
• Develop and enhance front-end components using React and back-end functionalities with C# to integrate into low-code platforms.
• Manage code and features using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Set up and maintain connections to data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other Microsoft services.
• Manage and deploy Azure resources and integrations.
• Test and validate applications to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with the client’s IT team to manage permissions, access control, and integrations.
• Provide clear and structured documentation for deployed solutions and report any issues or improvements.
• Deliver basic user support for deployed applications.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
• Experience in C# .NET and React for front-end development and API integration.
• Knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps for managing code and deployments.
• Experience with low-code and no-code tools, capable of setting up repeatable deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Azure resources and their integration with business applications.
• Experience working with data sources like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and SQL.
• Proven experience in working within agile/scrum teams and structured development processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with business and IT teams.
• Fluent English – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles and working with stakeholders at different levels.
• Polish language proficiency is a plus.
