AI Tech Lead – Business Solutions

Location: Remote 100%/ Poland

Key Responsibilities

Translate business challenges into AI use cases and actionable technical solutions.

Collaborate on the development of an AI strategy that aligns with long-term organizational goals.

Define and oversee the design of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they addre business needs effectivel

Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks that align withbusiness objectives.

Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate AI solutions and demonstrate their potential impact.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and development todeployment and monitoring.

Drive the exploration of innovative AI applications that can differentiate organization in the market.

Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science,

Proven experience leading AI initiatives focused on solving business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes in the corporate environment.

Strong understanding of AI concepts and trends in LLMs, machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

Preferred:

Understanding of data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact.

Experience in strategic consulting, product management, or a similar role

Fluent Polish is a necessary condition!
